Terms and Conditions

We can produce one Fortune Cookie for that very special occasion up to Millions + for major consumer promotions.

We can also supply a mini carton to pack the Fortune Cookie for your direct mail campaign.

Normal minimum quantity is 100 and up to 5 messages printed on one side. However we can print on both sides either in Colour of your choice or Black & White.

The messages printed on the slip can be printed up to 120 characters long including spaces – but it does depend on point size.

Please see our price chart below for our minimum quantities with a non printed wrap and black printing on message slip. VAT is not charged on fortune cookies.

So that we can quote you an exact price against your specific brief please complete the quotation form. We will respond by return with a confirmed quotation held for a  period of 10 days.

Please note that or normal delivery schedule and standard costs are based on a 10 day delivery period from artwork approval - except for foil wrap packaging which can take up to 6 weeks. We do have a fast track system but this may incur additional costs.

Delivery Policy:
1)We will produce and despatch within 7 working days of your order.
2)We deliver by courier on a ‘next day’ shipment policy. We can deliver to a timed schedule upon request.

Returns Policy:
Our Fortune Cookies  are individually packed in foil wrap and then packed in  cartons  guaranteed to be fresh on delivery.

Any faulty product will be replaced FOC

Payment Policy:
Payments are usually made against invoice and settled by Bacs or cheque. For companies and individuals who wish to pay by credit card there is a 4% administration fee and we will accept a credit card payment over the phone. If  you decide to pay by credit card we operate a pay pal service and can accept most credit cards. Click here to see terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy:

Once payment has been processed via our "Virtual Terminal" all financial details will be deleted from our records.
